How do I upload my tree?
Create a project and upload a GEDCOM file exported from Ancestry, FamilySearch, MyHeritage, or your genealogy software.

How do I create my first book?
Sign up, upload your GEDCOM, choose “Book,” pick a progenitor, and we generate a draft you can edit.

How do modules work?
A book is built from sections you toggle on and off — title page, introduction, narrative chapters, maps, indexes, and more.
Can I reorder sections?
Yes — sections can be arranged to suit your book.
How do I insert photos?
Add photos from your Media Vault directly into any section.
Charts
What chart types are available?
Pedigree, descendant, fan, hourglass, family group sheets, and timelines (rolling out over time).
Can I export charts separately?
Yes — charts can be exported on their own or included inside a book.
How do I add photos to charts?
Most chart types support optional portraits pulled from your Media Vault.
Billing & subscription
What plans are available?
Free (look-and-feel only), Heirloom ($19.99/mo), and Professional ($29.99/mo).
How do I upgrade?
From the Billing page in your account — changes take effect immediately.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the Billing page; you keep access until the end of your period.

What browsers are supported?
Recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
How is my data stored?
Securely, scoped to your account. Your tree and photos are private to you.
How do I report a bug?
Use the Contact page — there's a dedicated bug-report option.
